Estimated reserve of copper ore resources is 20 million tons，the average grade is 0.75%.

The mining company is registered in Iran and was jointly formed by Italy, China and Iran in 2011. The project has four mining prospecting permits, three of which was coterminous with a total area of about 117km². In addition, the company has a copper processing and smelting plant permit.

The mine is located in Kerman, Iran. This region is a world-renowned copper mining area and has rich copper reserves. There are some    large copper mines in this area, such as SARCHESMCH copper mine (with reserves of 4.9 million tonnes), Miduk Copper mine (with reserves of 1.45 million tonnes) and so on. The project has abundant resources. The prospecting veins display well in the work. The exploration results are being summarized and the project prospects are promising.

The project was transfered and has full set of legal licenses in conformity with the relevant laws and regulations of Iran's mineral resources. The project area is 117 km².

The project has four mining areas and all has been conducted prospecting (1: 25000) and general exploration (1: 5000, partial 1: 1000). The company has a legitimate renewal of prospecting certificate, of which the No.1 mining area has temporary mining certificate, and officially approved prospecting reports.
